YELLOW FEVER.

Q. : In what disease is Crotalus most often indicated ?

A. :

In yellow
fever, in the stage of black vomit, where there is low delirium, yellow
skin, and oozing of blood from every orifice of the body.

Q. : What remedy is said to be a preventive of yellow fever ?

A. :

Carbo
vegetabilis.

Q. : When is Argentum nitricum the remedy ?

A. :

When there are
signs indicating hemorrhage from gastric mucus membrane ; patient sinks
and vomiting becomes worse.

Q. : Give indications for Arsenicum.

A. :

Vomiting of
brown, turbid matter mixed with mucus or blood ; great prostration and
restlessness.

Q. : When is Lachesis indicated ?

Brown tongue,
