Aconitum napellus or Aconite
(monkshood) 30c, 200c:
In any circumstance when there is an initial traumatic and
violent shock to the system, such as from a violent attack, vehicle
crash, injuries, animal bites.

  • Shock from wounds that bleed freely.
  • Hyperventilation from shock, anxiety, injury, acute
    illness.
  • Shell Shock that develops from a shattering experience
    and/or shock, which may have terrified them with or without their
    knowledge at the time and become a chronic and deep layer. To remove
    the remaining shock.
  • Anxiety that comes on suddenly from the shock and
    fright during an attack or accident, as a result of having been
    threatened with a gun or trapped in a dark tunnel, and in a crowd.
    The parent of child in danger or sudden agonizing fear of death
    coming to a loved one or self. Foreboding and fear of subconscious
    nature (surfacing 15 minutes after falling asleep and jumps from bed
    in a panic); with restlessness, trembling, exhaustion and
    palpitations with rapid, hard pulse.
    Anxiety can be with restlessness, palpitations, anxious respiration,
    vomiting, head congestion, headache, moaning, discouraged,
    depression or sadness. Anxiety is relieved by a cold drink like
    water, and movement.

  • Fear of suffocation and sudden death, of heart attacks and
    stroke, fear that the heart will stop beating or explode; fears of
    crowds, of the dark (sleep with the lights on), of traveling in a
    car and airplane. Claustrophobia with anxiety and fear of
    suffocation, in elevators, tunnels, the subway, underground, MRI
    test, in public assembly halls, theaters, and likes to sit in back
    of the theater. Agoraphobia with fear and anxiety in public
    places, when driving on highways, in open spaces and crowds, and of
    leaving the house.
  • Palpitations from anxiety, and after a fright; that are
    sudden, with anguish and restlessness;
  • Acute and Sudden Illness: Early Stages when
    the patient is hot, thirsty, shivery, and can have high fever,
    pounding pulse, with anxiety and impatience; symptoms come on after
    exposure to sudden cold, dry, frosty, windy weather.
  • Dengue Fever initial onset with fever and pains in joints
    and muscles.
  • Malaria in a recent case to relieve symptoms of chills,
    fever, sweating, and shivering fits.
  • Eye Injuries for acute inflammation from getting something
    in the eye.

Apis mellifica
(honey-bee) 9c, 12c:
Is the homeopathic
Anti-inflammatory and Anti-histamine.
Burning, stinging, sharp pains and excessive swelling and puffing up. Swelling
with inflammation of lips, tongue, eyes, skin. Inflammations and
allergic conditions with swelling around eyes, lids swollen, shiny, red;
whites of eyes are red with bright red vessels; excessive tearing;
burning, stinging; sudden piercing pains. Anaphylactic shock and
difficulty breathing caused by chemicals agents like tear gas, etc.,
used against demonstrators. With symptoms throat pain is burning and
stinging; mouth is dry, without thirst; tongue dryness; scalded feeling
with burning pain as if burnt.

  • Allergic reactions when skin is bright pink, burning,
    itching, stinging, with swelling, puffiness and edema. Hives
    with burning and swelling of lips and eyelids; nodular eruption on
    face and extremities; from change of air and weather.
  • Bites and Stings from bees, wasps, spider, mosquito, and
    jellyfish; with rapid swelling and large shiny red lumps that itch,
    burn or sting.
  • Frostbite with severe burning.

Arnica montana
(leopard’s bane) 1M, 200c,
30c:
Don’t leave home without this remedy! When in doubt: Arnica! It
is homeopathy’s “Miracle Remedy” in any injury or accident or
acute trauma. Accidents experienced during a demo, or any other physical
activity.

Take ARNICA 1M first during initial trauma, then 200c every 20
minutes for up to 6 doses, then 30c 2-4 times daily as needed until
cure; depending on injury it may be alternated with another appropriate
remedy such as Ruta.

  • Injuries with swelling and aching, soreness, and pain feels
    bruised or beaten; injury to male genitals; injuries from blows,
    including from blunt instruments like billy clubs and rubber
    bullets, and causing much bruising and bleeding.
  • Bruises to soft sensitive parts of flesh or muscle; black
    and blue marks
    (it repairs damaged blood vessels and reduces
    swelling); blood blisters after an injury.
  • Head Injuries concussion, contusion, unconscious. Headaches
    from shock or injury; concussions to base of spine (followed with
    Hypericum 30c); forgetful, memory loss and amnesia caused by a head
    injury; meningitis when symptoms start after a head injury. Arnica
    an be taken before and after a physical workout to prevent
    straining.
  • Shock and Trauma to the whole system after traumatic
    injury; 1st remedy given in accidents and injury (especially
    traumatic).
  • Anxiety from fear or fright, in any physical situation;
    originating from shock of accidents and overexertion, with a bruised
    or numb state.
  • Overexertion on the picket line for too many hours.
    Ailments of tired and heavy feet after walking, and weakness from
    exertion.

Arsenicum album
(arsenous acid) 12c, 30c:
For the toxic effects of
toxic chemicals used against
demonstrators that cause anaphylaxis reaction, exhaustion, collapse,
insomnia, restlessness and great weakness. Very important remedy for
conditions caused by chemical warfare of any kind, including
radiation sickness, pesticides and chemicals. Burning pains improved by
hot compresses.

  • Migraine headaches that come on suddenly with stunning and
    stupefying pain, and with nausea and vomiting.
  • Altitude Sickness With exhaustion, weakness, wheezing,
    chilliness, diarrhea. Ailments from mountain climbing.
  • Insomnia from anxiety and shock which drives out of bed
    even if exhausted; from over-active mind; from drug and alcohol
    habits; worse after midnight Restlessness during sleep; wakes
    unrefreshed and feels wretched. Loss of breath on falling asleep.
    Sleepless in the evening. Sleeping sickness. Dreams-
    frightful of death or dead people and danger; involving exhaustion,
    over-exertion and debility.
  • Fear that comes in sudden waves; that something will go
    wrong, of being alone least they die, of sudden death especially
    when alone and in bed, of impending death, of death while vomiting,
    of being poisoned, of contamination, of disease, of cancer, of
    becoming disabled, that a friend has met with an accident, of
    suffocation, in narrow places, of being late for an appointment, of
    knives and sharp things, of injury, of falling, of killing, and
    after anger.
  • Anxiety for others, from pain and sufferings, from motion,
    from sedentary employment. Anxiety as if they have not done their
    duty and if anything is expected of them. Their anxiety can be felt
    in stomach and abdomen, as butterflies in the stomach, with a
    headache. Worries unduly and about many things, and is sure
    there is something seriously wrong.
  • Shell Shock from the long term affects of trauma with much
    anxiety, despair, depression and hopelessness. Overpowering fears
    coming from and about the past. Sudden impulse to kill someone
    including a loved one, or the desire to be killed.
  • Diarrhea in chronic or acute cases with extreme weakness,
    debility, exhaustion, and restlessness; chilliness, coldness of
    extremities, trembling of limbs; can come on after eating or
    drinking water or cold drinks, and after anxiety; with
    collapse after; from spoiled and rancid food, especially meat
    and poultry; from over ripe fruit or too much fruit, ice cream,
    popsicles, or icy drinks when hot; while at the seashore; with
    nausea and vomiting. Dysentery, to prevent and treat in
    travel related attacks; in chronic, intractable cases; with anxiety;
    better from heat, and sips of hot drinks. Cholera to
    prevent catching the disease, and/or to treat the diarrhea and
    dehydration.
  • Food Poisoning and mild ptomaine with nausea, vomiting,
    diarrhea, burning pain in stomach, gastric distress, diarrhea and/or
    vomiting; with chilliness, thirst and restlessness; with sudden
    migraine headache. From tainted meat or bad water, mushroom
    poisoning, possible salmonella infection, or spoiled fish. [30c
    every hour 3-4 doses, after vomiting and diarrhea have started.]
  • Weakness with sudden and rapid onset with great exhaustion
    and collapse, as if about to die; sudden great exhaustion,
    too weak to move, and excessive from any exertion; from exposure to
    dampness, the summer heat and the summer sun, sunstroke, pain,
    diarrhea, and during a fever; felt in head and in stomach.
  • Dengue Fever with exhaustion from least exertion and fever;
    to prevent or treat the scalded-like rashes.
  • Over-exertion from engaging in physical activity, sports,
    and walking; felt after vexation.
  • Prophylactic to protect against measles, cholera, and
    intermittent fevers.
  • Skin Disorders Skin tends to be cold, dry, scaly and
    flaking off a fine white powder and parchment-like, rough or waxy.
    Itchy and burning pain of skin. Tendency to skin cancer, and skin
    disorders from toxins.
  • Sciatica in chronic, periodic, or intermittent cases, more
    on the left side, with weakness and burning pain in
    the lower limbs along the sciatic nerve with anesthetic loss of
    feeling, pain also is tearing, shooting and shifting; pain can begin
    in the ankle and ascend; may come on as a result of living in a cold
    damp house; worse sitting, touch, at night, midnight, and from cold,
    better from warmth, movement, walking, cold compresses, walking,
    flexing leg and pressure.

Bovista lycoperdon
(puff-ball) 30c:

  • Suffocation from gas fumes or asphyxia due to fumes
    of tar and charcoal.
  • Toxic Poisoning in miners in an individual who has
    been down in a mine, in the swamp, down in the mud, in the sewers,
    who has inhaled foul gases, and who goes into bed with a sort of
    stupor.
Modalities:

Worse from < morning, hot weather, tight clothing
especially around waist.

Cantharis vesicatoria
(spanish fly) 6c, 9c,12c:

Acute burning, scalding pain and irritation of the mucous
membranes from chemical burns, pepper spray as used against
demonstrators. Extremely painful burning, scalding, raw, pains.

  • Blisters and blister-like eruptions, from burns and scalds;
    including on tongue, and cornea burns.
  • Cystitis and Urinary Track Infection with intolerably
    painful and frequent urge to urinate; with violent burning, cutting
    and scalding pain before and during urination.

Carboneum sulphuratum
(bisulfide of carbon) 12c,
30c:

  • Toxic Poisoning from coal gas, with asphyxia;
    in rubber workers; from carbon poisoning; chronic lead
    poisoning; with anesthesia of various body parts; lassitude and
    collapse, with desire to lie down; great weariness in morning; and
    in persons broken down and weak from abuse of alcohol.
  • Diminished sensibility of arms, hands, feet; hand feels
    gloved, insensible, rigid, stiff; peripheral neuritis; anesthesia of
    skin; intense congestion of nerve centers.
  • Chronic or Acute Sciatica of left side or either side;
    worse from heat or cold applications; attacks at regular intervals;
    with increasing stiffness and difficulty walking.
Modalities:

Carbo vegetabilis
(vegetable charcoal) 12c, 30c:

  • Asphyxia from carbon monoxide poisoning, and situations in
    which there is a lack of oxygen with difficult and
    accelerated breathing.
  • Headaches with a heavy lead-like feeling from smog and
    carbon monoxide poisoning from car exhausts.
Modalities:

Worse from < loss of fluids, warmth, warm room,
warm-damp weather, getting overheated, motion, lying down,

Causticum
(potash prep.-acris sine kali) 12c, 30c:

  • Voice Loss and laryngitis in speakers, from talking too
    much, from rally cries, and from singing, with hoarseness, weak
    larynx and rawness that is worse morning and evening; feels like raw
    lining of larynx so they have to cough to bring it up.
  • Burns until medical help is attained for third degree burns
    and scalds with serious burns and terrible pains, chemical burns
    with raw burning and blistering.
  • Sciatica on the left-side, tearing shooting darting
    shifting, with numbness; lancinating pain with electric like shock.
Modalities:

are the very important modifying influences and circumstances
which aggravate (make worse), or ameliorate (make better) the
person and their symptoms. Critically important in choosing
a remedy:

Worse from < dry weather, fine and clear weather,
cold air and drafts, hot and humid environments, change of

Incompatible: COFF, PHOS; acids, coffee.
Do not use with PHOS: Must not be used before or after
PHOS, always disagrees.

It antidotes: ANT-T, ASAF, CHIN, COLOC, EUPHR, GRAT,
LYC, PLB; paralysis from lead poisoning (bad effects of holding
type in mouth of compositors), and abuse of MERC or SULPH in
scabies (itchy rough skin).

Compatible: MAG-C; MERC assists the action of.


China officinalis, Cinchona off.
(peruvian bark) 12c 30c:
For systems, once robust, which have become debilitated and
“broken down” from exhausting discharges and loss of fluids
like malarial fevers, diarrhea, and hemorrhaging, with trembling, and
aversion to exercise. Very sensitive to touch, to pain, to drafts of
air; entire nervous system extremely sensitive.

  • Malaria and the lingering effects of malaria. Intermittent
    fevers, that last from two to three hours in each attack; returns
    every seven or fourteen days.
  • Diarrhea of malarial origin, returns every other day.
    Diarrhea like chopped egg, painless, watery, offensive; worse after
    eating, fruit, summer chills.
  • Hemorrhages of mouth, nose, bowels or uterus; Long
    Continued; longing for sour things. Disposition to hemorrhage from
    every orifice of the body, with ringing in ears, fainting, loss of
    sight, general coldness, sometimes convulsions.

NAT-C, NAT-M, NUX-V, PULS, RHUS-T, SEP, SULPH, VERAT.

Incompatible: SEL, after DIG, before KREOS.

It Antidotes: ANT-T, ARN, ARS, ASAF, AUR, CALC, CAPS,
CHAM, COFF, CUPR, FERR, GELS, GRAPH, HAM, HELL, HYOS, IOD, IP,

Acute of: PHOS-AC (in loss of animal fluids.)

NOTE: Is useful in bad effects from excessive tea drinking or
abuse of chamomile tea, when hemorrhage results.


Eupatorium perfoliatum
(boneset) 12c, 30c:

  • Influenza with intense bone pain and violent aching
    as if broken, dares not move, muscle aches in chest, back and limbs,
    aching in extremities, fever with great thirst, burning heat,
    shivers and chills begin in the small of back, bursting headache
    with soreness internally and restlessness, sore eyeballs, desire for
    warmth; stomach flu with nausea at sight or smell of food, with
    vomiting of food and bile, with fever.
  • Dengue Fever with bone pain, muscle aches, insatiable
    thirst, and flu-like symptoms. Tick fever.
  • Malaria with aching bones and intermittent and relapsing
    fevers.
Modalities:

are the very important modifying influences and circumstances
which aggravate (make worse), or ameliorate (make better) the
person and their symptoms. Critically important in choosing
a remedy:

Worse from < cold air, open air, morning, 7-9 a.m.,
2pm, movement, coughing, periodically, third or forth day, sight
and odor of cooked food.

    emotionally and physically with many ailments caused by anger, be it
    silent, suppressed or violent. There can be fear of losing ones job,
    of poverty, loss of social position, of being murdered, of being
    falsely accused and imprisonment, of losing self control. They can be
    an oppressed and persecuted minority or the exploited in any
    way. They have been truly betrayed. Their indignation is so
    pent that it becomes violence. When they finally explode there can be
    physical violence towards others, or hurling and breaking things, or
    self injury and self-mutilation.

    Nervousness and anxiety from violence, anger and insult; there is

Uranium nitricum
(nitrate of uranium) 12c:

    Uranium poisoning. Great emaciation, weakness, debility and

    skin. Nausea and vomiting. Pain is generally burning internally,
    tearing away. Perspiration odor is sweetish. Heat flushes. Swelling of
    glands. Liver degeneration. High blood pressure. Bronchitis with

    psoriasis, scleroderma, birthmarks, moles, ulcers, cancers,
    epithelioma; small pimples; erythema and dermatitis, with itching,

    skin, as if on fire; x-ray caused dermatitis. Chest tightness, with
