Mr.
MC, 37, came to us on 27-10-84 for acidity. He had burning in right
hypochondrium and retrosternum, since, three years. It is more on
fastings, after oily food, chillies tea and egg and better by cold milk.

Other Complaints:-

a) Lower backache since 3 years. Agg at
night, lying or sitting for a long time. Amel by hot water and walking.

b) Peeling of skin of middle finger of
right hand in winter, better by cold water washing.

Patient as a Person

Appetite: poor since 3 years.

Carving: fish, meat, addicted to
cigarette since 10 years. Given up now for two years.

Stools: Mucus. Now moves only once in 2
days.

Sleep: Difficult to get sleep, and
wakes unrefreshed.

Dreams of snake, elephant and parties.

Reaction to physical factors He likes
water, fan, AC, open air.

Takes hot bath. So patient is hot (CH4)

Past History: Chicken pox, Influenza.

Family history: Cancer

Life Situation: Born in Kerala, Passed
SSC with 40 percent from Kerala.

Then he did typing, short hand course
and came to Bombay in 1973. In 1974-82 he worked with Lebanon Airlines. In
1982 he left his job and went to Bahrain. His wife also worked there. He
has a daughter of 31/2 years.

Patient is irritable and broods a lot,
not very talkative. Likes to sit alone and think. He worries a lot, but
unable to express his anger.

PLANNING

Acute: Nux-vom

Constit: Lyc seemed to cover
personality.

Quiet, express cannot, likes to be
alone

As we have a law of cure and an
elaborate code of doctrine and principles which we have accepted as final,
mens opinions, which are constantly changing, should be used as guide.
They surely lead to persuasions, confusion, heresay, and will destroy the
homoeopathic practice. High grade practice and success depend upon a
