In the

Zeitung list of 1832, Ruppius’ name appears as Hofrath in Altenburg ; on Quin’s list of 1834,
it is Aulic, councilor.

He was practicing Homoeopathy as early as 1832. Kleinert mentions him
as practicing in Altenburg.
