Massachusetts, born New Haven, Conn., February 1, 1858 ; student at University of Rochester, 1879-1881 ; graduated from New York Homœopathic
Medical College, 1884 ; post-graduate studies at New York Post-Graduate Hospital and College, 1904 ; member of the American Institute of Homœopathy ;
trustee and member of staff of Worcester Hahnemann Hospital since 1903.
